Members of Concourse Realty Group Teach at New York University

The courses taught include Real Estate Finance, Real Estate Finance & Investment, the Development Process, Corporate Finance, Structuring Equity for Acquisitions, Pre-Acquisition Due Diligence and Marketing Commercial Investment Properties. Most recently, Mr. Peca worked with the university establishing a one-week Summer Intensive Program in the Development Process. This program will be launched in mid-June 2004. Mr. Barth added “…that teaching further hones my skills thereby making me more effective and benefiting our clients, plus helping students to better be able to perform in the business world.” The Real Estate Institute at New York University offers two degree programs: a Masters of Science in Real Estate and a Masters of Science in Construction Management, as well as several certificate programs in the graduate and non-credit programs.
