TechValley Homes Welcomes Weiss

Carolyn “Carrie” Weiss has recently joined TechValley Homes Real Estate.

Weiss, a New York State native and resident of the Albany Area, specializes in working with first time homeowners. “I have a lot of energy and I enjoy working with people” explained Weiss, “and in this new career, I have the opportunity to help people as they build their dreams. It’s extremely gratifying to work in Real Estate and particularly enjoyable to work with first time buyers.”

Weiss is a graduate of State University, New York, Albany with a degree in Vocal Performance. She still enjoys doing professional theatre, singing and does voice-overs. “I’m a ‘people person’ and I’m creative,” said Weiss, “which means that a career in real estate is a perfect fit.”

Weiss joined TechValley because “I like the ethics and the direction TechValley Homes was going. I did a lot of research on the local real estate options before selecting the TechValley Homes Real Estate brokerage and I’m extremely happy with my decision.”

“Carrie said she wanted a company that used technology without losing personal touch with their clients,” said president Miguel Berger, “I’m pleased that she chose TechValley Homes Real Estate. She is an excellent addition to our professional team.”

Weiss and her husband own the 8-year old Malt River Brewing Company in Latham. Her husband manages the establishment and is also involved in professional theatre. They reside in Latham with their two children.
