Sabo Serves Empty Nesters at High-Tech Real Estate Firm
Ruth Sabo, Ph.D. has joined TechValley Homes Real Estate as a licensed salesperson. Sabo, with a doctorate in Psychology from the University of Michigan, taught at both the University at Albany and the College of St. Rose before becoming a real estate agent.
Sabo specializes in residential homes for “empty nesters” seeking a home more reflective of their new lifestyle and new freedoms. “My husband and I just sold our own home and made the transition to a more leisurely and less formal lifestyle and I understand what positive changes that brings and how to best enjoy those changes,” said Sabo.
“More people are enjoying extremely active lifestyles when their children leave home, precipitating a strong demand for upscale housing options offering both luxury and convenience. My clients enjoy traveling, spending time on the lake, and other pursuits. I help them find their perfect balance to enjoy the best of all possible worlds.”
Sabo is a multiple-award winning realtor and a multi-million dollar salesperson. In March, Sabo received the Star Society Award. She also received the Rising Star Award and the Honor Society Award from her previous broker.
After a 22-year career in politics, Sabo turned to Real Estate. “I’ve invested in real estate for over 20 years myself, and my parents and friends have been involved in real estate and real estate investments for years. It was a natural change for me and I enjoy the agent lifestyle. Most importantly, I enjoy working with my clients to help them sell their current house and locate the perfect home for the next phase of their life.
Sabo was formerly affiliated with Prudential Manor Homes.
