Kinsman Ventures Unveils Plans for Chapel Hill Office Development in Plano Premium General and Medic
PLANO, TX . August 5, 2004 -- Kinsman Ventures announced today its plans to develop Chapel Hill II, a general and medical office campus, located near the intersection of Chapel Hill Road and the Dallas North Tollway, adjacent to The Shops at Willow Bend in Plano.
"Chapel Hill II offers high visibility in a strategic location convenient to both the medical and general business community," said John B. Jones, managing partner in Kinsman Ventures.
The 35,238 square foot Chapel Hill II development is a five-building single-story general and medical office campus planned for completion in February 2005. The campus offers premium drive by visibility across from The Shops at Willow Bend, elegant architectural design, ample parking with more than 220 parking spaces, and convenient north and southbound access to the Dallas North Tollway.
Kinsman Ventures
Kinsman Ventures LLC, headquartered in Plano, Texas, is a developer of single and multi- office campuses, as well as light industrial offices/warehouses. The Company, which is privately held, serves the general and medical office marketplace in the Plano and north Texas area. Further, the Company plans to prospect development throughout the north Texas corridor targeting prime locations for single- and multi-office campuses. John B. Jones, 59, is a partner with Kinsman Ventures and serves as Chief Executive Officer. William D. Haney, 56, is a partner with Kinsman Venture and serves as Director of Construction.
