Move-Up America Nominated for 2004 Inman Innovator Award
August 11, 2004 -- Move-Up America LLC, the leading contingency management company for production home builders, has received the 2004 Inman Innovator Award nomination in the category of Online Rentals and New Homes. Move-Up America was formed with the idea that people interested in purchasing a newly constructed home, but have a home to sell, need a significantly higher level of coordination to ensure their home is prepared for market, listed, sold, and closed prior to their new home being completed. The end result is higher sales volume and retention for the builders and an on-time closing on the new home for the buyers.
Since 1997, Inman Innovator Awards have honored companies that are pioneering cutting-edge tools, services, applications and business models for the real estate and mortgage industries. Winners are selected based on the level of innovation, ease-of-use and efficiency in product delivery to the target market. Awards are presented in nine different categories: real estate brokerage, real estate transaction applications, online real estate, online rentals and new homes, real estate technology, real estate data, online real estate publishing, alternative business models and mortgage technology.
