New website takes aim at realtors pocketbooks, causing wave of complaints from agencies.

Phoenix, AZ  August 19, 2004 -- Home sellers across the country are getting savvy with the help of a free program aimed at educating them on how to negotiate with trained Realtors. The program includes a free DVD and materials that guide sellers through understanding the agency process, contacting, interviewing, and selecting agents, and negotiating every part of their contract to save big money.

"It's about time someone helped the average person get a fair deal from predatory realty companies", says Derek Preston, Developer of the Program and Director of the PersonalCEO.com website. "The agencies are having a fit, but we don't care. If they're afraid of educated sellers, then they need to re-think their business model."

The site was launched last month and is already getting rave reviews from users of the free program. The site has recieved complaints from numerous agencies, asking that they stop disseminating the information. "They act like people don't have a right to understand how they make money," says Mr. Preston.

Derek Preston is a Phoenix, AZ based entrepreneur and former licensed Realtor who has turned his expertise against the realty companies he once worked with to help bring about a major change in the industry. The website,
www.PersonalCEO.com is his creation and is currently distributing the free programs.
