Real Estate Services Targets New Britain Connecticut

August 24, 2004 -- Real Estate Services a leader in property acquisition and management, has announced internal growth focus plans. The plans have targeted New Britain Connecticut with moderate 12 month vision. That vision will implement the unique equity sharing partnership that Real Estate Services utilizes with neophyte investors.

The only targets in the corporate vision will be acquisition, restoration and management of 1920's multi-family residences.

The first will be the purchase and restoration of The Harrison House,a 1920's multi- family residence. The second will be the adjacent Parker House, the sister property to the Harrison House

Real Estate Services currently has 30+ multi family residences throughout Massachusetts and Connecticut. The majority of the property's are acquired via a "shared equity" growth plan whereby a new investor with limited funds provides management service in exchange for equity at the end of a predetermined time.
