IDX Realtor Pro Chosen to Power Real Estate Listing Marketplace for Realtors in Colorado
EUGENE, OR September 2, 2004 -- Eugene based IDX, Inc. today announced that the Real Estate For Sale Network has selected IDX Realtor Pro to power its newest real estate marketplace website called Real Estate For Sale In Colorado. The Real Estate For Sale In Colorado website can be viewed online at www.realestateforsaleincolorado.com.
IDX, Inc. and the IDX Realtor Pro web-based application was selected to power this large network driven website because of the application’s flexibility in design, multi-user capabilities, scalability and user friendly interface. IDX Realtor Pro powers the real estate listing and display capability found on the new Real Estate For Sale In Colorado website. The IDX Realtor Pro interface was custom designed for www.realestateforsaleincolorado.com in order to save time and money in the development of custom applications and database driven applications.
By utilizing the IDX Realtor Pro system and network architecture, www.realestateforsaleincolorado.com gains the ability to manage and control all of the information on the website without the need for custom programming or complex database development work. Using the IDX Realtor Pro application, www.realestateforsaleincolorado.com can update any listing, manage multiple users, distribute listing data and much more.
Terms of the deal also include a network distribution agreement with the IDX Realtor Pro application. Beginning today, IDX Realtor Pro clients will be able to automatically display all applicable listings on www.realestateforsaleincolorado.com at no additional charge, saving time and increasing their overall advertising exposure online.
