Southland Regional Association of REALTORS® Expands IDX Services to Association Members.
The Southland Regional Association of REALTORS® (SRAR) of Van Nuys is expanding its Internet Data Exchange (IDX) solution to its 7,000 members. SRAR has been providing active MLS listings and allowing website visitors to search through all local area properties from agents’ websites.
Now association members can offer subscriptions to clients who want to be notified daily by e-mail that new properties are available matching their specific property requirements. This service is available by implementing CubicAlert, a new component of a total application suite from WebCubic, Inc.
“This is a real time saver for our REALTOR® members,” said Joy Golden, Marketing Manager for SRAR. “Clients subscribe directly from the agent’s website, the subscription is immediately active, a tailored e-mail is sent every day to clients, the REALTOR® is copied, and this all happens automatically. Our members love this feature.”
WebCubic recently released its newest version of its application suite, WebCubic 3.1. The new version includes CubicAlert. As a result, SRAR members can obtain a professional website, an IDX product compliant with national and local regulations, and an e-mail alert.
When the initial agreement between WebCubic and SRAR was signed in 2002, Olga Moretti, 2002 President of SRAR said “WebCubic fits into our overall strategy to deliver more technology-based services. These are user-friendly and robust products that will serve our members’ needs well into the future.” The addition of CubicAlert rounds out an already robust yet affordable offering.
WebCubic’s proprietary technology significantly reduces the cost of creating and maintaining individually customized web sites and IDX solutions for professionals.
