RealOrganized, Inc. Releases RealtyJuggler Deluxe
Leesburg, VA September 5, 2004 -- Today, RealOrganized Inc. released RealtyJuggler Deluxe, a Palm Powered software organizer for real estate agents.
The software consists of 10 modules, each for a specific aspect of an agent's workday. Modules include the ability to track prospects, buyers, sellers, closings, homes, expenses, lockboxes, promotions, Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) and tasks/to-do's. Five real-estate specific calculators are also included: seller net, maximum home price a buyer can qualify for, mortgage payments and commissions. Integrated throughout are automatic tasks and reminders, which automatically create reminders for agents, and provides one click check-off of completed tasks. Another key feature is the ability to track documentation and disclosure requirements, which is increasingly a requirement in today's litigious society
A free 30 day trial is available on the company's web site web site: http://www.RealOrganized.com. where the software can also be purchased for $99. The software runs on Palm OS PDA's with at least 4MB RAM and requires OS 4.0 or later. A recent study by an industry trade organization* showed that 40% of realtors already use PDA's in their work. This should not be surprising, given the mobile work styles of most agents. RealtyJuggler Deluxe uses Palm's existing datebook and addressbook applications which means that contacts and appointments created within RealtyJuggler Deluxe can be synchronized with Microsoft Outlook and Palm Desktop.
RealOrganized is a Virginia based corporation founded in 2003 by a former executive from AOL and a top real estate agent each with over a dozen years experience in their respective fields. The company's mission is to create organizational software for real estate agents. "I have never been satisfied with the software products out there for real estate agents.
