MINNEAPOLIS, MN September 16, 2004 -- http://www.irtest.com - Infrared Consulting Services, Inc. (ICS), an infrared testing and roof moisture consulting firm, announced today that their infrared testing services and roof moisture surveys are helping government agencies save millions of dollars in roof maintenance and repairs.
The Department of Energy states that most roofs begin to deteriorate within the first few years due to moisture infiltrating roofing systems.
