The Council of Residential Specialists (CRS) Formally Recommends SettlementRoom’s Software
Vienna, VA December 6, 2004 -- Beginning immediately, the Council of Residential Specialists (CRS) is recommending SettlementRoom (http://settlementroom.com), customizable web-based real estate software for managing listings and transactions, to all of its more than 43,000 members and the entire real estate community. This endorsement follows the awarding of the CRS "Quality Tested Seal" to SettlementRoom, a distinction limited to real estate tools that pass the rigorous CRS Software Test Program.
The Council of Residential Specialists, created to attract and retain realtors seeking the knowledge, resources, and relationship-building opportunities needed to maximize their income and professionalism in residential real estate, is the largest not-for-profit affiliate of the National Association of Realtors (NAR). According to Richard Lawson, Director of Products at CRS, in order for SettlementRoom’s real estate software to receive the Quality Tested Seal, it had to “be determined to be at the highest levels of user-friendliness, utilize the most current technology, and display a superior quality of output, completeness of documentation, and exemplary technical support.”
