Austin, TX December 23, 2004 -- SBV Tranquility Base, LP announced today the sneak preview pre-sales website for their new 10-unit Moon Units Live+Work Lofts Development in South Austin. Moon Units Live+Work Lofts in South Austin will be a progressively designed and competitively priced alternative to conventional housing and office space for the Austin metro area.
