The WorkOasis™ Certified Supplier Network Makes a National Debut
Atlanta, GA January 11, 2005 -- FM Solutions, LLC announced today the expansion of its WorkOasis™ facility management contractor network. Commercial real estate owners and managers will now have access to the WorkOasis™ national network of certified suppliers which covers 1100 cities in North America for 68 facility services categories.
WorkOasis™ is a web-based contractor management service that provides fully electronic work order management. The centrally hosted program automates the service contracting process including the certification of suppliers, contractor selection, maintenance planning, work order management, work approval, performance measurement, invoicing, and payment; and is completely paperless and includes a detailed, Sarbanes Oxley compliant, electronic audit trail.
What is unique about WorkOasis™ is its ability to create a collaborative integrated business process where site personnel, contractors, facility managers, operations, and finance all use the same application and dynamically participate in one automated workflow resulting in dramatically improved communication, speed and problem resolution.
