GovernmentAuctions.org to Allow its Members to Post FSBO Real Estate on its Site
Great Neck, NY January 21, 2005 -- GovernmentAuctions.org (http://www.governmentauctions.org), a division of Cyweb Holdings Inc, announces that it has initiated structuring its website to allow its members to post FSBO (For Sale By Owner Real Estate) properties on it for viewing by other subscribers.
“The plan is to allow our members to post their FSBOs for free as an added feature of our service,” says Cyweb Holdings VP Michael Pesochinsky. “The value to our customers will be twofold. First, members will be able to showcase their FSBO properties in front of our sizeable bargain-minded subscriber base, increasing the chances for a quicker sale. At the same time, having these added FSBO listings on our site will allow homebuyers interested in the foreclosures and bargain properties we currently have listed to view additional affordably priced real estate.”
The ability of members to post FSBOs on GovernmentAuctions.org is set to be incorporated as a feature in the next several months. Those properties which are FSBOs (as opposed to foreclosures) will be clearly delineated as such, and members will be able to access the additional information at no additional charge.
“We are very excited about rolling out this upcoming feature,” says Pesochinsky. “Many of our members have inquired about posting their properties for sale on our site, and we have committed ourselves to continue enhancing our service to meet our customers’ needs.”
