Scottsdale Realtors Offer Discounted Commissions on Scottsdale Real Estate!

February 4, 2005 -- K.O.G. Enterprises, an Arizona/Nevada corporation has launched a new website: http://www.ratelab.com. Karen Blodgett, president and founder of K.O.G. Enterprises saw a definited need for discounted real estate services in Arizona.

"Real Estate is a competitive business in Arizona," she says. "When there is a lot of competition, prices go down. It's the old rule of supply and demand."

By the same token, "for sale by owner" homes usually sit on the market for a longer period of time and often sell for less then what a good Realtor could get for the same home.
