Real Estate Author Dan Auito Has Done the Unthinkable

Kodiak, AK February 8, 2005 -- After spending over a year and a half on writing, producing and publishing "Magic Bullets in Real Estate," a 290-page compendium of real estate advice and how-to knowledge, Auito has decided to give it away.

When asked why he would do such a thing while sacrificing the $60,000 dollar investment in the project Auito said, his main purpose in producing the work was always first and foremost to help other people. After garnering solid five-star reviews and placement on major bookstore shelves Auito realized that the people who needed the information most often could not afford the $19.95 cover price.

Auito admits that his wife Kimberly is going to hang him for doing it but he stands fast in the belief that what comes around goes around and good things will come as a result of doing it. By giving everyone possible a chance to read the E Book Version and pass it along for free, he hopes that people will drop by Amazon.com and pick up a soft cover copy to give to others as a real gift from the heart. "Maybe," he said, "They will even surprise me and buy the handsome hardcopy for themselves."

The author, investor and agent also said he is on a mission to attract thousands of visitors to his website at www.magicbullets.com in an effort to further support people and protect them from what he perceives to be widespread industry abuse. When pressed for the truth in why anyone would forgo guaranteed sales and profits, Auito, whose last name translated into Italian means help, believes that is what he was put here to do and focuses his efforts on finding ways to do things other people just can't bring themselves to do.

Dan reiterated the fact that by giving the work away he could potentially help millions and accomplish his ultimate goal in producing the work.

Fantastic guide to getting started in Real Estate! Unlike most R.E. books this one actually does show you how to get started off on the right foot, buying, selling, rehabilitating, choosing the golden properties and protecting oneself the entire time.

The website at www.magicbullets.com is the icing on the cake to this very well done book called Magic Bullets in Real Estate.
