Results Driven Software Simplifies Real Estate Investing
Orlando, FL May 20, 2005 -- Most people would not think about trying to do home repairs without a toolbox. Now a software program offers a “toolkit” to help with real-estate investment and management.
The Robert Allen Institute (http://www.robertalleninstitute.com) touts its Dealmaker PRO as the “most comprehensive electronic toolbox available online for real-estate investors.” The user-friendly program has intuitive features that help steer even novice investors who are planning to buy, sell, hold or manage property.
Dealmaker PRO includes automatic calculators that crunch labor and material costs and also includes practical tools, such as printable contracts. When tasks are completed, a “red light” turns green.
The program is available through Robert Allen’s Creating Wealth with Real Estate training sessions that are popular across the United States. Technical support is available for Dealmaker PRO users, although RAI officials said it’s rarely needed.
“We almost never get any calls because it’s so simple to use,” said Jeff Ford, Executive Technical Support Specialist at the Robert Allen Institute in Orlando, Fla.
The software and training courses sprang from principles of Allen, a best-selling author and financial trainer, who wrote Nothing Down, which sold more than a million copies. According to Allen, the book has “helped untold thousands buy their first home or investment property…and for hundreds, perhaps even thousands, earn their first million.”
During the past 20 years, Allen has become one of the most influential financial experts in the country. He has been featured in The Wall Street Journal, USA Today and The New York Times.
