The owners of Captain’s Quarters Family Resort have engaged The Hoffman Group to bring approximately 150 units to the condominium market. This exciting oceanfront resort will bring a strong family vacation tradition and loyal following to the Myrtle Beach area.
The renovation/conversion plans are being developed and will include attractive new furnishings, floorings, wall coverings and a host of other upgrades. The resort’s southernmost 14-story oceanfront building will feature oceanfront executive suites and angle oceanfront executive suites with south facing views.
The adjacent 9-story oceanfront building will feature oceanfront studios and angle oceanfront two-room suites with spectacular views of the extraordinary water amenities and beyond to the Atlantic Ocean.
Other features include 11 different indoor and outdoor pools, a 232 foot lazy river, children’s lazy river, three indoor whirlpools, and an exciting new interactive Pirate Ship water facility with waterfalls and slides.
The ninth floor will house a full-service oceanfront restaurant.
