Real estate professionals from throughout Northern Virginia were the first to view the Internet’s newest, most comprehensive interactive real estate website, www.AskJerryBoutcher.com at a launch held at the Northern Virginia Association of Realtors’ Convention.

“Whether you’re a seasoned real estate professional or a prospective buyer looking at your very first home, we want this site to become your number one source for real estate answers,” said Monarch Title CEO Jerry Boutcher.

The web site gathers the hundreds of questions Boutcher has answered on his popular radio show, Open House with Jerry Boutcher, into a single, searchable Internet resource. “We’ll soon have over three hundred questions and answers posted in searchable text format,” Boutcher stated, “and we’re adding six to ten additional questions and answers every week.”

The site also includes a searchable audio resource or podcast, currently offering over 30 hours of programming from the radio show along with a list of topics covered in each episode for ease of reference. Each month, up to 4 additional hours of audio programming will be added. Listeners can subscribe to the podcast for automatic downloading to their computers or personal MP3 players through a variety of resources including Apple’s iTunes Music Store and the new Yahoo Podcast Directory.

The
www.AskJerryBoutcher.com site is the first of its kind for a real estate radio show – possibly for any talk radio show -- combining blog postings of show transcripts with podcasts of each complete episode, together with an internal search engine that enables visitors to quickly find the answers to their specific questions in text or audio format.

“If you can’t find the answer to your question on the
www.AskJerryBoutcher.com web site, you can e-mail your questions to me directly,” Boutcher explained, noting that he answers each question personally and has already provided scores of solutions to Internet users.

Open House with Jerry Boutcher, the Washington area’s most popular real estate radio show, is heard Saturday mornings from 8:00 – 9:00 a.m. on News-Talk 630 WMAL. Callers can reach Jerry with on-air questions during the show at 202-432-9625.
