REAL ESTATE SALES AT 43% DISCOUNT!
Colleen L. Pearsall a Licensed Florida Real Estate Broker has just opened a new brand of Real Estate Company on McGregor Blvd. in Ft. Myers.
Tired of the high cost of buying and selling homes Colleen Pearsall has opened a new kind of Real Estate Company, 4% Properties. Sellers never pay more than 4% to sell their homes, all inclusive. This means all advertising, MLS, direct marketing, signage, brochures etc. and the co-operating brokers’ commission, if any, are included in the 4% fee.
In looking for a way to help with the enormous cost to most Sellers in selling their home she came up with this concept. Satisfied with the program for Sellers she then set out to help buyers. When a Buyer purchases a home using the services of 4% Properties they receive, after settlement, a check equal to 1/2% of the sales price as a closing gift.
“I am proud to have opened a company where I am giving back to my community”, said Mrs. Pearsall, President, of 4% Properties.
People have questions about the new concept, such as, “Will other Real Estate Agents show my house?” “Of course they will, said Mrs. Pearsall, we share 2.5% of the commission with other brokerages who bring a Buyer and keep 1.5% in house. It’s a win-win for everyone”.
Colleen Pearsall was previously licensed in Maryland prior to relocating here 2-1/2 years ago to take the position of Broker/Director of Sales for WCI Communities. While in Maryland she was ranked in the top 5% of Realtors Nationwide. She left WCI in January of 2003 and worked on the opening of her new brokerage in Ft. Myers.
