The Balance of Power Shifts Within the Canary Islands Property Market

Changes are afoot in the Fuerteventura property market with the formation of a New Real Estate website and company that is expecting to change the face of property buying within the Canary Islands.

John Goldacre previously Regional Director for Interealty Canary Islands and responsible for their phenomenal growth in one of Spain's most important property sector's has left to establish GoldAcre Estates S.L with a highly specialized team of hand picked individuals.

Goldacre, stated that the new company would be focusing on maximising, The Buying Experience, with extremely high levels of personal service and with each client being offered a range of services designed to ensure complete satisfaction and total protection.

GoldAcre Estates will be able to offer the services of both United Kingdom and Spanish registered Law Firms, and has written a specialist Guide to Buying and Selling Property within the Canary Islands, which wil be free to all clients registering with them.

The new offices of GoldAcre Estates are situated in the town of Corralejo which is one of the most famous resorts in Fuerteventura and is known worldwide for its Sahara like sand dunes and crystal clear Atlantic Ocean.

Fuerteventura is a favorate summer and winter time location with the British, Irish, German as well as both Canarian and Spanish Nationals for purchasing both holiday, second and retirement homes because of the favorable year round weather conditions.
