Brandywine Realty Trust Introduces New Stylish Design for e-Tenants.

Brandywine Realty Trust announces the launch of the completely redesigned e-Tenants.com. Singularity Design, a prominent Philadelphia web design and interactive design firm, has modified the look and feel of the site and improved the user interface to the award-winning tenant service application offered by Brandywine.

e-Tenants was developed by Brandywine Realty Trust to provide a unique, value-added amenity program, available to all Tenants and their employees. Since its inception in May 2000, e-Tenants has been awarded the Digital Media Award for Best Use of the Internet by REALCOMM in 2000, and voted "Top 100 Products" by Buildings Magazine in December 2003.

With the goal of bringing the visual aspects of e-Tenants up to the level of the technological aspects, Brandywine Realty Trust engaged Singularity Design in the spring of 2005 to completely overhaul the site's aesthetics. Using a proven strategy and design process, Singularity Design worked closely with Brandywine's staff to identify key goals and craft a design that meets those goals and reflects Brandywine's identity. The culmination of this process merges an improved navigation system, clarified page layouts and an architecturally-inspired visual design.

e-Tenants.com's mission of enhancing the tenant experience and creating additional value for tenants across hundreds of properties managed by Brandywine includes services such as:

    * Office Relocation
    * Business Providers
    * Local Information
    * Concierge Service
    * Personal Perks
    * Intranet
    * Business Links

The November 2005 launch of the upgraded version now allows tenants in most Brandywine properties, including the newly opened Cira Centre, to reserve shared conference facilities, schedule visitors with building security, and in selected buildings, control, monitor and schedule the HVAC in their offices

As Thomas Caputo, Vice President of Tenant Services for Brandywine Realty Trust explains, "the e-Tenants service is the true embodiment of Brandywine's commitment to providing the highest level of service to our tenants. The enhanced user interface now available to eTenants users is another step in our continuing efforts to add value for our tenants."

e-Tenants is a free amenity available to tenants of Brandywine Realty Trust.
