Resort Town of San Felipe to Benefit from Newest Development Project
Mi CASA del MAR, Inc. announces that its latest project, Beach Front Community, is now in its final stages.
The well-known company has already been rushed with deposits to assure a “preferred home site” within this exclusive and environmentally conscious neighborhood. Mi CASA del MAR developers expect the popular resort town will soon see a huge surge in local economy and desire for real estate.
“We are excited for the project's accomplishments to date and for the future of the town of San Felipe,” said Dave La Barre, President of Mi CASA del MAR. "With approximately 23 home sites of up to 4,400 square feet each, the impact will be enormous."
Mi CASA del MAR intends to continue developing the land in the Center Beach Front, facing the beach and the town. This area will then be referred to as “the Beach Front Community.” The Beach Front Community will encompass the extension of the street, Avenida Camino Real. The homes are set to average at approximately 3,400 square feet, and the neighborhood will have red brick paved streets and underground utilities. The Beach Front Community home owners will share water from La Hacienda subdivision aquifer fed well, and all sewage will flow to the La Hacienda treatment plant.
"Mi CASA del MAR gives foreigners the chance to build the perfect beach home in an exotic location," La Barre said. "Because of changes in Mexico's zone regulations, real estate investments in Mexico are easier than ever, and future retirees, vacationers and real estate investors alike can now purchase beachfront property in exclusive neighborhood like La Hacienda."
Previously, it was not easy for U.S. and Canadian citizens to obtain beach front property in Mexico. The Mexican government identified the importance of real estate ownership and created a solution -- the Mexican Property Trust. This is otherwise known as a "Fideicomiso," which gives average consumers ease in real estate ownership.
For those interested in pursuing real estate ownership in Mexico, they should contact the company soon to inquire about availability. |
