House Buyer Network Expands Into Canada

Duane LeGate, president of House Buyer Network, made the official announcement of the expansion Friday in front of leading members of the Craig Proctor Quantum Leap System at the Ultimate Real Estate SuperConference in Denver.

"We're very excited about this move," said LeGate. "Demand for our services is at an all-time high, and Canadian home owners, real estate investors and real estate agents all had asked that we open up Canada. With the model having proved itself in the U.S., the time was right."

House Buyer Network combines leading professional home buyers with top-performing real estate agents to give homeowners a powerful, dual-option solution for selling a home fast. Sellers are presented with both options and given the information they need to pick the best solution for their particular situation.

Perfecting this dual-option approach, the company saw its business more than triple in 2005 and increase almost 50% already in 2006. The company expects the Canadian expansion to further accelerate that growth.
