Real Estate Guru Reveals Secret to Investing During Housing Bubble Crisis

Thanks to a new partnership between Convergent Acquisitions and real estate guru, Doug Crowe, CEO of the Springboard Group, the premier real estate academy, is set to take on the real estate bubble crisis.

In the last 2 years, any investment in the ‘hot’ areas in Florida, Nevada, or Arizona gave the investor tremendous returns
On July 11th, at 7 PM, at the Lisle Wyndham hotel, Crowe and his team of real estate investors and developers are unveiling a new strategy that any investor can take advantage of during any investment cycle. "Investing in traditional, undervalued properties is extremely labor intensive and not designed for the average investor who desires a hands-off approach," stated Crowe. This approach works very well, of course, and along with dozens of other strategies, is the educational focus at the Springboard Group.

However, most real estate millionaires in this country got that way, not by making a quick buck, but by investing in the right areas at the right time. By using the power of time, leverage, and knowledge a person can become a millionaire in a handful of years.

"In the last 2 years, any investment in the ‘hot’ areas in Florida, Nevada, or Arizona gave the investor tremendous returns," says Crowe. "But those days of excessive appreciation are obviously starting to level off. The market cannot sustain 40, 30, or even 20 percent appreciation indefinitely. The buying fundamentals have changed, and anyone who is on the backside of that curve is going to get hurt-badly."

Crowe went on, "The new, risk-free strategy we are unveiling at our event on July 11th, at 7 PM at the Wyndham hotel in Lisle, will accommodate any investors’ situation, regardless of credit, cash, or time. It is a unique program that is traditionally oriented towards large developers and has been re-designed for the average investor. We are not only teaching this new strategy, but using it in our personal portfolio."

About Doug Crowe
Doug Crowe, the creative brains behind the Springboard Group, has been an active investor for over 19 years. As the host of the popular radio program "Springboard Real Estate Investing Hour" on AM Newstalk 560 WIND, he is a champion for responsible investing. The Springboard Group Investor Academy is the nation’s only semester-based learning system for real estate investors.
