RealManage and Del Webb Team Up to Deliver Active Adult Lifestyle in the New Hill Country Retreat
RealManage announced today that it has been retained to manage Hill Country Retreat, Del Webb’s newest active adult community in Texas. The Hill Country Retreat, slated to open this summer, is a $45 million project that will provide nearly 2,000 homes to people 55 and older. The community sits on the footsteps of the Texas Hill Country at the west end of a 2.5 -mile extension of San Antonio’s Highway 151.
"We selected RealManage to manage the Hill Country Retreat because of their ability to deliver a unique bundle of management services that includes their "community building" initiatives such as their new resident welcome program, websites, newsletters and events management" said Patty Spangler, vice president of operations, Pulte Homes, Del Webb, in San Antonio. "Creating that sense of community and managing our residents’ lifestyle is paramount to our success and maintaining the Del Webb brand."
David G. Schreiner, Vice President of Active Adult Business Development for Pulte Homes says the next phase for Boomers turning 60 is less about 'retirement' than 'what's next?' and that the Pulte strategy is to continue to deliver high-quality, vibrant communities that these Boomers and other active adults expect from Del Webb.
