Russell Coffield of RE/MAX All-Stars launches the “Scottsdale Community” blog in September 2006.

Russell Coffield of RE/MAX All-Stars has broken with tradition and made the leap into the blogosphere. Officially launching the “Scottsdale Community” blog in September 2006, the pioneering real estate agent of Greater Phoenix and Scottsdale will attempt to capture an even greater audience utilizing the same technology that so many in other industries have gleaned success. Capturing the most up-to-date information on the Phoenix and Scottsdale areas will only be part of the equation. He also intends to feature guest bloggers, employ local businesses to share their knowledge, and eventually offer registered users the ability to store, share and vote with one another with a new social networking technology that will be built into the blog later this year.

“The concept is to utilize this new technology to bridge different facets of the community together allowing them to communicate in new and exciting ways.”

Russell is not new to technology. He has also gained much success from his current websites –
http://www.russellcoffield.com and http://www.sellingscottsdalerealestate.com. Seeing the vast potential of Internet marketing, he teamed up with i-DesignFX, Inc., a full service IT and New Media company out of Chicago, to build and bring to market his exciting new concept. Originally from Los Angeles, Russell made the move to Scottsdale 12 years ago and has carved a real estate niche out for himself in the Greater Phoenix and Scottsdale real estate markets. Working with a wide rang of real estate from condos to luxury homes, Russell quickly became an expert on the area. But he saw something missing with the traditional marketing that his counterparts were doing in the area. He began to turn to the Internet for business because he saw such a huge potential. After trial and error, he found his strategy and began to build his business almost entirely from business generated from the Internet. And now in the world of Web 2.0, Russell has found a new format to deliver information to clients.

“There was an overwhelming need to bring buyers, sellers and the community at large together in a new format, helping to disseminate the incredible amount of information available on the Internet today.”

The biggest difference between a standard blog and this website is that Russell has taken the best features of a blog and combined them with a site that functions as a portal allowing for the fast transmittal of information over a variety of subjects to transpire.

10 years of real estate experience has taught Russell that the market waits for no one. That is why he has teamed up with local businesses and entrepreneurs in the Greater Phoenix area to help support the project. A mass marketing campaign is planned for Spring of 2007.

As Russell has said…
“Whatever you want, you can find it right here..in the Valley of the Sun.”
