New Online Payment Method available on Korman Residential Website

Tenants can click on “Current Residential Services” in the Korman site at www.kormanresidential.com and either log in (if they already have an account) or be taken to a secure area where they can fill out an online, interactive form to set up an account with a private username and password. Once their account has been approved by a Korman site administrator, they can simply access the payment form by logging in with their username and password. It is so simple that anyone with Internet access can use it.

"We wanted to give our residents the convenience of paying their rent online,” says Dawn Ewing-Ferry, manager of Korman’s International City Chalets property. “We simply communicated what we wanted to accomplish to World Wide Web Communications, and we were up and running in no time. We were astounded by the overwhelming response to our Pay Rent Online Service."

“This service has had a great reception at all of Korman’s properties and has proved to be a great marketing tool for the company,” added Ewing-Ferry. “Convenience and service sell, and this service is a win-win situation for us and our clients.”

“Over the years we have developed hundreds of types of e-commerce applications for our clients, from shopping carts to donations to event registrations,” explained Bob Savar, President of WWWC. “Our biggest challenge is to find out what our clients’ needs and problems are and determine whether or not there is a web-based application that can help them achieve their goals and in some cases solve their problems. Almost always anytime we can take a “real world” activity and move it to the Internet we can save them time and money. This is what happened with Korman.”
