Scotsman Guide Releases Niche-Lender Web Page

Scotsman Guide, the leading resource for mortgage originators, has recently released an online "niche lender" directory on its Web site, scotsmanguide.com.

Through Scotsman Guide's niche-lender page, mortgage originators can search for wholesale lenders that can fund hard-to-place mortgage loans. The list is compiled from the mortgage magazine's matrix and display advertisers and summarizes program criteria by lender in one section.

Originators can find wholesale mortgage lenders that offer niche products such as manufactured housing, option ARMs, reverse mortgages, 40- or 50-year mortgages, bankruptcy/foreclosure loans and more.
