Author Provides Information on Bubble-Proofing Real Estate Investments

When Andy Heller’s first book Buy Low, Rent Smart, Sell High was recommended by Fortune Magazine as a must have investing book for 2005 Andy knew he was on to something. Fast-forward to the slowdown of the 2006 real estate market. Short term investors looking to buy and flip houses have begun to stream out of the market. Other non-seasoned investors have been stuck holding properties they can’t sell for a profit.

Amazingly Heller is unfazed. In fact he is excited by the slowing markets. His brand of real estate investing professes a buy and profit, hold and profit, and at some point sell and profit strategy.
