Exclusive Property Investment Forum Launches at TotallyProperty.com

MoveForward.com, the UK based Internet ventures group has today officially launched www.TotallyProperty.com - an exclusive overseas property forum which has been designed for the needs of international property investors.

The new forum is unique in structure as it is made up of sub-forums dedicated to property investment hot spot regions. The European section of the forum includes sub forums for property in the UK, Spain, Bulgaria, France, Portugal, Cyprus and Turkey. Other areas of the forum have been structured for property in Dubai, India, China, Thailand and Morocco.

The forum also offers its user base the ability to create private members groups. Totally Property users have been using this functionality in a very innovative way. Many have created "Buyers Groups" focused on a particular property development. These groups serve as a lobbying vehicle for the buyers towards the property developers. To date these buyers groups have used the forum to negotiate development wide contractual changes, put pressure on developers for real feedback (especially with typical delays encountered on off plan projects) and organised "snagging lists" for recently completed developments. Many of these buyer groups end up becoming a sub community where investors also share photos that they have taken on inspection trips to the relevant Country and region.

In the first quarter of 2007, www.TotallyProperty.com will become even more exclusive as the property forum will close its doors to open registrations. After this point new registrations will only be initiated by invitation from the existing forum membership base. This will help www.TotallyProperty to retain and manage the quality of the forum for the active user base of experienced overseas property investors.
