New service provides property text messages free from UK Estate Agents

Sandbach, Cheshire, UK (PRWEB) June 9th 2003 -– Arclid.com Ltd, a Web Services and Business Automation Specialist, today announced that it has successfully launched quickpropertyAlert! www.qpalert.co.uk a revolutionary new service enabling Estate Agents to advise house buyers when properties come onto the market.

The new service sends SMS Text Messages to the mobile phones of house buyers who have previously registered interest from the service’s website www.qpalert.co.uk. House buyers specify the price range, location and size of the house that they are seeking as they register and can change this information on-line at any time. When a participating Estate Agent puts a house matching the specified criteria onto the service, the service sends a text message immediately to the house buyer alerting them that a property is for sale. The service is free to the house buyer.

“quickpropertyAlert provides a service to the homebuyer that is unique,” said Ben Norbury, Managing Director of Arclid.com Ltd. “Today, for the first time, home seekers have access to a range of Estate Agents’ new properties from a single source, free of charge.”

The service will be a valuable resource for those seeking to move house, by alerting them immediately but unobtrusively as properties come onto the market. The text message will give details of the property and information for the buyer to call the Estate Agent. For buyers with busy schedules and those wishing to move long distances it will be an especially valuable service.
