Toledo's First Live On-Line Real Estate Auction

Live online auctions are not likely to replace the conventional auction method, but it serves as an added value to both Buyers and Sellers alike. This service allows prospective Buyers some flexibility and the Seller can realize the true market value of their properties. “We want to offer what our Buyers and Sellers want,” explains Pam.

Always striving to provide the most efficient auction service to her Sellers, Pam explains, “More and more real estate investors are becoming a more educated consumer. They want more information, and they are looking to the Internet to gather that information. I also feel that investors, at times wish to remain anonymous and there are times when it may not be convenient to sit at the live auction. Live or online bidding allows the flexibility to buyers and may encourage more people to participate.”

The properties auctioned online included Toledo area single-family homes, duplexes and condos, multi-units, along with commercial zoned lots.

Potential buyers for the various properties were asked to register to bid on-site at Cousino's Navy Bistro Courtyard day of auction or on-line at www.pamelaroseauction.com. The properties were open to public inspection prior to the auction. The live auction was open to registered bidders only.
