The PNC Financial Services Group Inc. (NYSE: PNC), today announced the appointment of Diana Reid as executive vice president and head of PNC Real Estate Finance.

Reid will be responsible for PNC Real Estate Finance's business units, which specialize in portfolio and secure lending, agency finance, low income housing tax credit equity investments and syndications and commercial mortgage servicing and technology. She will report to William S. Demchak, PNC vice chairman.
Reid joins PNC from Beekman Advisors, where she was a founding and managing partner. In that role, Reid provided strategic advisory services to companies involved in real estate and mortgage finance, focusing on mergers and acquisitions, strategic assessments and corporate investments.
Prior to founding Beekman Advisors, Reid spent 19 years at Credit Suisse First Boston (CSFB), including 13 years in Fixed Income Trading and Capital Markets and six years in Investment Banking. Reid holds a bachelor of science degree from California State University and a masters in business administration from The Darden School at the University of Virginia.
