a plan was being set in place for a new addition to a family. This helped to spark the flame to build what is now the #1 rural real estate service online, so that the founder's wife could stay at home and take care of their new addition, a baby girl. "I love land. It's extremely difficult to locate rural property to purchase. My wife needed something to do for extra income while she cared for our baby daughter.
