Fredricks has over 20 years of computer consulting and training experience in South Florida, during which time she has acquired in-depth expertise in the operational requirements of a broad spectrum of businesses. She is the former Director of Technology for Goldstein Lewin & Co., Certified Public Accountants and Consultants in Boca Raton. She is the author of ACT! 6 for Dummies. An ACT! Certified Consultant and an ACT! Premier Trainer, Fredricks was host of the Fort Lauderdale stop of the national launch of ACT! 6.0, which took place in August 2002 and attracted over 450 attendees. She is the founder of the ACT! Users Group of South Florida.

Fredricks is also a QuickBooks Pro Certified Advisor, Microsoft Office User Specialist and author of copyrighted training materials for business users of QuickBooks, Microsoft Office, WordPerfect, Basic Windows and the Internet. Her firm, Tech Benders, LLC, is a technology consulting firm that provides computer consulting and training services for business and industry.
