180 Degree Real Estate Theory

Thinking of selling your home, now is the time! Interest rates are the lowest in years, and have already caused an unusual spirited activity in the holiday and year end real estate market.

Again and again in the real estate market, sellers indicated they want to wait until spring to place their property on the market because "spring is the selling season". Spring does bring seasonal increases in sales activity, but it also brings a flood of new listing on the market. The local Multiple Listing Service inventory skyrockets between April and June. This means more competition to the home seller.

"While sellers may have to put up with some inconveniences during this time of year, they know that the buyers are serious. Putting your home on the market at this time of year may not be the conventional way of thinking, but it will allow your property to be shown to the most motivated buyers".
