Tenant Insider reports overwhelming feedback and support for its web based Leasing Information
Service, that tenants acknowledge “was long over due!”

With approximately 85% of all businesses leasing their premises, “It was a service that we knew was needed but I would be lying if I said we had anticipated the level of response”. “It has been a welcome surprise”! We’ve had responses from Dallas, Atlanta, Orlando, and Sac-ramento and all over Canada. “its quite impressive.” states office spokesman Mackenzie Fra-ser.

So often real estate sites cover the newest deal, the best salesperson or largest development and the tenant providing the necessary revenue for these projects gets overlooked. The same was true with real estate information sites, lots of advice for owners, agents and landlords but little for the tenant.

We wanted to provide a site for Commercial Tenants. A site with, Information, Articles, Newsletters and Reports that all businesses can use so they feel confident and comfortable in their lease negotiations, and it looks like tenants are welcoming our service!
