FIABCI Announces Launch of New Website
FIABCI The International Real Estate Federation has launched the new www.fiabci.com as part of its ongoing commitment to providing both business-building opportunities for its members and a reliable source of international property information for its visitors. The FIABCI website, now in its third version, is set to maintain its position as a one-stop-shop for real estate professionals around the globe.
Available in four languages – English, French, German and Spanish, the site has been redesigned to be more user-friendly and it offers several new functions which were developed after extensive research amongst its members and partners. One of these new services, the ‘Global Market Scanner’, retrieves essential business data from around the world by trawling an online databank of continuously updated sources. The innovation lies in the prerequisite that, for optimal efficiency and effectiveness, all sources in the Market Scanner must have been validated by FIABCI members for the general pertinence and accuracy of their content.
Visitors can also locate and make contact with individual practitioners, leading professional associations, academic institutions and corporations throughout the world as well as accessing information on international real estate events and news items. A special password-restricted section offers a wide range of services exclusively for FIABCI members including discussion forums, specialised marketing and promotional resources and access to professional reports and publications.
Current FIABCI World President, Daniel Teo, says, “This website is of major benefit to our members, but also to the entire international real estate community.
