Homeview.net Expands ‘Virtual Home Tour’ Services To Dallas, Houston and San Antonio, Texas

Homeview.net (www.homeview.net) the industry’s fastest growing privately operated website for viewing electronic ‘virtual home tours’ of homes being offered for sale has announced today that it is expanding operations into the Dallas, Houston and San Antonio, Texas markets. Previously, the company had primarily operated only in the Austin, Texas market.

The company also stated that field sales and service personnel are already located and operating in the expansion cites. The new staff has been trained and certified in the use of the company’s proprietary technology to provide ‘virtual home tours’ services to local realtors, title companies and other sponsors of ‘virtual home tours’.

‘Virtual home tours’ are digitized visual presentations of the interior and exterior views of a home being offered for sale. The effect is simulates the visual experience an individual would have if they were actually walking into, through and around a home. A graphic floor plan guides the ‘home viewer’ through the home. Homeview.net technology enables the home viewer to fully control the pace and manner of the tour experience.

“The use of virtual home tours is now an essential requirement of home sellers and listing realtors. Informed sellers of homes now want to be sure that the realtor they select to sell their home will use ‘virtual home tour’ technology as part of their marketing efforts, said Michael D. Radice, vice president of sales and marketing for Homeview.net “Users of our virtual home tours point to the ability of virtual tours to increase home viewing traffic, to more informed buyer property selections, and shorter selling times for homes that are featured using virtual home tours,” he added.

Homeview.net provides a variety of virtual home tour purchasing options including individual tour purchases starting at $89. each and discounts available for volume production arrangements.
