Jackson Realtor Presents Website Designed with Consumers, Clients and Community in Mind

Real estate agent Glenda Howell Elkins with Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty's Jackson/Butts County Georgia office announces the publication of her new website.

Ms. Elkins stated this week, "I wanted my website to be a resource for consumers looking for real estate, as well as for members of the community in general." Included are local information, attractions, local government, as well as State and Federal consumer information. There is an entire library of real estate related articles on buying, selling relocation and financing in addition to options for searching for available properties.

Local weather and the current mortgage rates on the main page of the site provide valuable up-to-the-minute information. The site also contains a link to The Hunger Site, which is a charitable organization, where anyone can click a button and donate food at no cost...it's paid for by advertisers on The Hunger Site.

Website designer Paula DeTar of PHD Websites worked closely with Ms. Elkins to come up with content and features that anyone can use, not
just clients. Ms. DeTar said, "The Hunger Site is one of my favorite sites on the Internet. I try to encourage all my clients to donate a link to it." She added, "Glenda's website will be under constant development, and she would welcome any suggestions about features that would be of value to consumers."

This month, the website won the Gold Award for from RealEstateABC.com. The Gold Award is only presented to sites with on-site content that informs and educates consumers about home buying,
