As President of Pioneer Valley Real Estate Services and Land Mark Real Estate Services he has established his mark in the foreclosure, bankruptcy, and probate markets. His experience includes the Banking crisis of the early 90's, where he appraised and sold properties for such notable firms as General Electric Credit Corp., General Electric Mortgage Corp., The Money Store, Source One, GMAC, FDIC, Bankers Trust, Ocwen Federal, Wendover, Cenlar, as well as numerous local lending institutions.
As a Certified Property Manager Mr. Krock is fully versed in the management of the foreclosure process. He has been approved by the Bankruptcy Court on several occasions to liquidate debtors’ assets, ranging from single-family homes to commercial and multifamily buildings.
In addition he is a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management, the Better Business Bureau, the Greater Boston Real Estate Board, MLSPin, Cape Cod MLS, and the Southeastern MLS, and the Berkshire Board of Realtors.
