Jeff Owens Named Managing Broker of New Prestige Cherry Creek Office In Denver
Owens started his real estate career in 1995 as an on-site sales manager for a builder/developer in Colorado Springs. He moved back to Denver in 1997 and joined Coldwell Banker Moore & Company, earning membership in the company’s prestigious President’s Club. Owens joined Prestige as a broker/owner in 2000, servicing clients and customers throughout metro Denver with special consideration for central and urban neighborhoods.
Owens is a member of the South Metro Denver Realtor Association and holds the Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI), and Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designations. He earned a BS degree in Political Science from Colorado State University.
“The new office provides a wonderful platform for Prestige agents that are heavily-vested in the upscale urban neighborhoods that surround Cherry Creek,” Owens said. “More than a dozen top-producing agents have already committed to moving to the new space and we are receiving calls from brokers at competing firms that are very interested in joining us at the Cherry Creek location.”
The new Cherry Creek office will occupy over 5,600-square-feet of prime office
space on the fifth floor of the Bank of Cherry Creek building across from the Cherry Creek Shopping Center. Upon completion, the office will accommodate between 40 and 50 top-producing brokers and their teams and will feature the latest tools and technology available in the real estate industry.
A top administrative team, headed by office manager Peg Schlachter, former lead administrator at Prestige’s premier office on East Panorama Circle, has already been assembled. Tennant finish is already underway and Prestige plans on a Grand Opening that will coincide with the 2002 Cherry Creek Arts Festival in July.
