eRealty.com Partners with MonsterDaata to Enhance Listing Information
MonsterDaata, Inc., a leading national provider of property, school and census-related neighborhood information, and online direct marketing tools to the real estate industry, announces a partnership with eRealty.com, the nation’s premier online real estate brokerage. MonsterDaata’s new product, ListingPlus™, will be featured in all of eRealty’s online listings and will allow online users to gain more complete and detailed neighborhood information in real time.
With just one click, eRealty users will be able to access a ListingPlus™ local area profile at the census block level, which represents approximately 1/7th of a ZIP code, for each of the 400,000 MLS listings displayed on eRealty’s site. These profile reports will contain information on population, schools, education, crime, employment, money, people, and weather, and each category will compare local information at the census block level to larger inclusive geographic areas.
