RealtyRates.com Investor Survey Now In University Classrooms
Internet-based information service provider RealtyRates.com has kicked off a new program to put it's award-winning quarterly Investor Survey into the classroom with the announcement that three universities have already subscribed to the new service.
Utilized as a collateral teaching tool, reference and data resource, the PDF version of the RealtyRates.com Investor Survey is now co-branded and distributed to real estate and finance students at Atlanta's Morehouse College, Arizona State University, and the University of Nebraska. Faculty members at each institution also have access to the online version, including additional special reports and research and reference resources
In a related matter, RealtyRates.com president Robert G. Watts reported that the Investor Survey was also recently selected as a primary source of investment and financial data by The Stanford Management Company (http://www.stanfordmanage.org), which manages Stanford University's $7.9 billion of endowment and trust assets.
With its proprietary market research, Bradenton, Florida-based RealtyRates.com (www.RealtyRates.com) supports commercial property analysts, appraisers, brokers, developers, investors, lenders, and now students and educators nationwide. Its flagship quarterly Investor Survey tracks mortgage and equity requirements and capitalization and discount rates for 32 property types. Such data is essential to the evaluation and marketing of income producing property. Its Web site also serves as a largely free online news, research and reference center.
