"PROPERTIES FOR SALE" SECTION SUBDIVIDED ON HOTELSHARK

HotelShark™, the online hospitality industry publication, today subdivided its "Properties for Sale" classified advertising section into three more targeted sections: "Bed and Breakfasts for Sale," "Hotels for Sale," and "Motels for Sale."

The changes were made at the request of several of HotelShark's realtor clients.

Lodging property investors read HotelShark for its collection of candid, off-the-cuff comments by hotel guests. As the hospitality industry's guest comment card archive, HotelShark provides investors with a uniquely accurate read on the customers that ultimately drive values in the lodging business.

HotelShark was featured in Canada's Globe and Mail newspaper on June 27, 2001; and in the July 2001 edition of Lodging Hospitality magazine.

In addition to classified advertising categories, HotelShark contains a "Brokerage Services" directory, which includes links to all major hospitality-focused real estate firms.
