Hmmm....what can I say. Well, the rules of my auction site don't apply to me. I change the rules whenever I please. Once a bidder enters their credit card information, I can charge all sorts of fees. I try to draw as many new people to my site as possible. This is where the big bucks happen. I can screw whoever I want and I get away with it..hehehe
