Open Space and Cul-de-sac Sites Remain at Walnut Grove in Westminster, Colorado

Golden Key Homes is closing out the final remaining

inventory homes at Walnut Grove enclave in Westminster. Almost all of the builder’s

remaining homesites feature open space adjacency or cul-de-sac locations, and several

offer a combination of the two.

    “Most remaining homesites at Walnut Grove overlook vast Westminster open

space, including trees, grassland and a meandering creek,” says Dave Race, sales

associate for Golden Key Homes at Walnut Grove. “All three available floorplans are

featured on these remaining sites and construction has started on several homes with

delivery dates ranging from fall through the end of the year.”

Walnut Grove’s north Jefferson County location on one of the last pieces of

undeveloped residentially zoned grounds in the city of Westminster features close

proximity to the Interlocken Business Park, Flatirons Crossing Mall and the Heritage at

Westmore Golf Course. The community is highlighted by Jefferson County Schools,

open space adjacency, and is close to Westview Rec Center, a brand new $12 million

facility owned and operated by the city of Westminster.

Walnut Grove features homes priced from the $300’s. Designs include two-story

plans ranging in size from 900 to 2,750-square-feet of finished living space, with walk-

out and garden-level basements available.

The Briarwood is a distinctive two-story plan featuring 1,900 finished square feet,
