Realty Oasis Starts Construction on State-of-the-Art Real Estate Office in Denver, Colorado
Sweeping fairway and mountain vistas aren’t something you
would expect to see when looking out the window of an average residential real estate
office, but then again, Realty Oasis is so much more than your run-of-the-mill real estate
company.
Realty Oasis has started construction on a new, state-of-the-art real estate
marketing facility adjacent to the 16th fairway of the Meridian golf course near Lincoln
Avenue and I-25 in the Meridian office complex in south metro Denver.
When completed, this dazzling facility will feature more than 6,000-square-feet of
office space, including room for on-site mortgage and title services, provided by
Arrowhead Funding and Meridian Title, LLC, respectively.
Scheduled for completion by early July, Realty Oasis is a joint venture between
top-producing Realtor, Mark Eibner, formerly of Metro Brokers Acemarkhomes.com,
Scott Thompson, former Managing Broker of Coldwell Banker’s DTC office and
Mortgage industry veteran, Jerry Grasmick. Realty Oasis will eventually house 200
broker associates and a full compliment of professional staff, handling client needs and the
company’s extensive high tech, on-line network that will allow Realtors to do business
wherever a phone line or wireless access is available.
“The idea behind Realty Oasis is to bring high-tech real estate presentation,
contract, and listing and buying services directly to the consumer, rather than
inconveniencing clients by asking them to visit the office,” Eibner says. “I have worked on
developing an Internet-driven system that manages all aspects of a real estate transaction
through our servers and is available to brokers online, 24 hours a day.
“Our new facility will feature intimate and larger conference spaces as well as
individual offices for brokers that are working with out-of-town buyers or for other
situations that call for on-site offices. But the idea is to make the transaction more
convenient for the consumer. In 2000, I personally managed nearly 200 transactions,
resulting in over $36 million in sales volume using this system, and I know how much
clients appreciate the way I do business.”
In addition to the system’s mobility, the fact that transactions are maintained on
line cuts down on paper and makes a broker’s life much less cluttered with paperwork.
They can access any information and even faxes on-line without creating a pile on their
desks.
Realty Oasis is an agent-owned enterprise. Real estate, mortgage, as well as
appraisal and home-inspection services will provide enhanced revenue to the company’s
